佛心寺地处美国中部奥克拉荷马州首府近郊。创寺缘起于一群留学生及教授，在二○○
二年聆听中台山法师的开示后，生起对佛法之虔诚渴仰，进而祈请开山祖师惟觉安公老和尚于此地设立道场。二○○四年，一座由古老教堂整修而成的禅宗道场兴建完成，无上心法的种子，开始在奥克拉荷马市落地生根。
