SESAME TOFU
Ingredients:
- 1 box Chinese tofu (soft)
- 2 pieces of jasper bamboo shoots
Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon Japanese sesame sauce
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions:
- Cut the Chinese tofu to size and place in a dish.
- Cut the Jasper bamboo shoots into thin strips and set aside.
- Mix ingredients for the seasoning, then pour over the tofu. Garnish with bamboo strips.
