CHAYOTE LEAVES WITH OLIVE OIL
Ingredients:
- 150 g chayote leaves
- Roasted white sesame
Seasoning:
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions:
- Wash and cut the chayote leaves into halves.
- Bring water to a boil, blanch the chayote leaves, drain, then mix in the seasoning.
- Serve on a plate, and garnish with roasted white sesame.
