SALT & PEPPER BITTER MELON


Ingredients:

  • ½ bitter melon
  • Minced ginger
  • Minced celery
  • Custard powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons soybean oil

Instructions:

  • Cut the bitter melon into thin slices and coat with custard powder. Heat oil in a pot to about 160° C (320° F), then fry the bitter melon slices until crispy.
  • In another pan, add a small amount of minced ginger and celery to taste and sauté until fragrant. Reduce heat and add the fried bitter melon to the pan. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
