Green peas, edamame, chickpeas (or other kinds of beans)
Cut corn
Diced carrots
Diced veggie ham
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Prepare quantities of veggie ham, mushrooms and beans in proportion with the rice.
Heat a large sauté pan or wok with a moderate amount of oil. First add the mushrooms and sauté until fragrant. Then add the other vegetables and veggie ham. Sauté until fragrant and season with salt and pepper.
Add the white rice. Mix well and stir fry until fragrant.
Add a little ketchup, curry powder, or other seasonings to taste.
