MARINATED PLUM & BITTER MELON
Ingredients:
Seasoning:
- 15 preserved plums
- Moderate amount of ice cubes
- 500 ml cold water
Instructions:
- Cut the bitter melon in half and remove the seeds and white membrane. Slice it into thin pieces and set aside.
- Soak the preserved plums with water and ice for 1 hour, then add the sliced bitter melon and marinate for 20 minutes. Serve on a plate with ice cubes.
