FRIED VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS
Ingredients:
- Soft tofu skin or veggie meat
- Carrots
- Powdered milk
- All-purpose flour and water
- Dumpling wrappers or wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Seasonings:
- Salt
- Sugar
- Vegetarian oyster sauce
Directions:
- Chop tofu skin or veggie meat and grate carrots to make the stuffing. Combine with powdered milk, salt, sugar, and vegetarian oyster sauce to taste.
- Mix a little water and flour to form a paste for sealing the wrappers.
- Fill wrappers with stuffing and seal tightly with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown dumplings over medium high heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
