CREAMY MILK PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 200 ml (⅞ cup) water
- 1 tablespoon fruit pectin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 150 ml (⅔ cup) heavy cream
- 150 ml (⅔ cup) milk
Directions:
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Stir in fruit pectin and sugar until dissolved.
- Combine milk and cream. Heat to about 35°-40°C (95°-100°F).
- Stir together the mixtures from steps one and two. Pour into any kind of mold and place in the refrigerator until set.
- Garnish with freshly cut fruit and serve.
