CREAMY MILK PUDDING


Ingredients:

  • 200 ml (⅞ cup) water
  • 1 tablespoon fruit pectin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 150 ml (⅔ cup) heavy cream
  • 150 ml (⅔ cup) milk

Directions:

  • Bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Stir in fruit pectin and sugar until dissolved.
  • Combine milk and cream. Heat to about 35°-40°C (95°-100°F).
  • Stir together the mixtures from steps one and two. Pour into any kind of mold and place in the refrigerator until set.
  • Garnish with freshly cut fruit and serve.
