A Jewel in Atlanta

Dharma Jewel Monastery

Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Dharma Jewel Monastery is the largest Chan meditation center in the southern United States. Besides Dharma ceremonies and meditation retreats, the monastery also offers the Little Jewel Kids Meditation Class. Through activities such as meditation, martial arts, storytelling, games and crafts, the class helps both parents and children benefit from the Buddhist teachings of compassion and wisdom. For those with a culinary touch, Dharma Jewel also holds vegetarian cooking classes to share the joy of vegetarian eating.
