“新年新春新气象”，新春象征着一年的开始；也代表着人生的另一个起点。中台禅寺海内外各精舍特于新春举办各种祈福法会，让学员们于精舍礼拜诸佛菩萨迎新春，平安开启新年第一天。
充满三宝慈光的新起步，会是什么样的感动与期许？透过学员们的心情故事，祈愿每个人都能从中寻得“心”春的契机，开启人生新扉页。
农历新年，是华人传统习俗一年一度的大团圆日子。今年的新年，放下以往的方式，在泰佛寺与法师们围炉一起享受如来家庭的温馨……
正式成为佛弟子后，每日在精舍的薰陶下，听经、闻法、打坐，使我的人生有了一百八十度的改变。今年的过年，孩子们皆主动要跟我一起来到寺院……
走在岁暮的路上，人挤人、车挤车，一往喧嚷繁盛，让原本热闹的街道更形热闹。如今的新年，是在虔敬的诵经声中……
自从到了精舍学佛后，每年都祈盼着参加新春法会，我觉得这是新一年开始最好的第一件事情……
往年年关将近，便是恶梦的开始。过年对自己而言，只是例行打扫、购物、塞车回娘家的苦差事。自从到精舍参加禅修课程……

arrangements and altar adornments. Greeting us was the traditional Chinese……
I celebrated Chinese New Year at the Buddha Gate Monastery February 18,
2007. The flowers, the chanting, the candle lighting ceremony ……
As I drove up the hill to the monastery I felt joy and calm, my breathing
slowing down as I entered the now familiar setting. The Chan Hall was
so festive……
Thank You for such a wonderful way to start and celebrate the New Year.
This was our first Guan Yin Blessings and Memorial Ceremony……
新春播心种，一粒种子，一个希望！万象欣欣，草木向荣，普愿大众新的一年皆能寻得自己的“心”种，遍植善因；岁末冬藏，必能仓廪丰盈；展望未来更是菩提花开，福慧庄严。
